This log will forecast due
dates for submittals and track them in order to avoid any delays. CIMA will review the submittal log
on a weekly basis in order to determine the status of such.

Request for Information (RFI) is a process used to answer construction and design issues. CIMA will
exercise control regarding all project issues via the established line of communications. It is important
that the Contractor communicates through a single source in order to avoid multiple and varied
responses to the Contractor's request.

CIMA will receive all RFl's and forward for disposition to the appropriate organization. All RFl's will be
answered by the CIMA Project Team. RFI's are time critical items, which deserve prompt and accurate
resolutions in order to avoid delays and claims. RFI's will be logged and tracked on a weekly basis in the
progress meetings. The Contractor will be directed on the method and procedures of the submittal of the
RFl's in order to develop a standard format acceptable for the projects.

Quality Assurance: CIMA provides a Total Quality Assurance Program on its projects. The
program will be composed of a detailed Quality Assurance Plan which will be provided to the Project
Manager (30 days) after the award of the contract.

Strategies and Attributes: CIMA prides itself on offer high-quality services to our clients at
maximum value. The organizational model that CIMA operates under ensures that our clients are
effectively informed and communicated with on all aspects of the project. As a small business CIMA can
offer the personalized service that many of the larger and high-profile companies cannot match.
Furthermore, all CIMA projects are directly managed by the firm's owner. This ensures that all
communication with the City will be handled directly with the principals and not a subordinate. This
contributes efficiency and open communication that is a philosophy for success on all of our projects.

As a diverse firm with multiple specialties CIMA's expertise in the Construction Management and
Administration phase of the project will further compliment the professional services offered by our Civil
Engineering design staff. An early requirement on our design projects is a constructability review of the
project documents by our construction experts. This will minimize the potential effects of unforeseen
conditions or problematic construction issues by addressing them in the design documents and not
waiting for issues to arise in the field during construction.

Furthermore, CIMA comprehends the involvement of various local and state agencies, as well as the
various utility companies that will provide services to the site. The participation of these individuals and
entities is important to a successful project. They will all be engaged during the design process and
familiarized with the Team's approach to a project. CIMA will identify potential problems and provide the
forum for open communication by a "partnering" style of conducting a meeting.

CIMA's professional staff's experience regulatory permitting with the following agencies:

Construction Permits: Miami-Dade County Building Department & Public Works Department; Fort
Lauderdale Building Department; Broward County Building Department; City of Miami Beach Building
Department & Capital Improvements Department; City of Miami Building Department; City of Hollywood
Building Department.

Environmental Permits: South Florida Water Management, U.S. Army Corp of Engineers, US
Environmental Protection Agency, Local Water Districts, Broward County Environmental Protection
Department, Miami-Dade County Department of Environmental Resource Management, Florida
Department of Environmental Protection, Broward County and Palm Beach County Health Departments,

elM A's N ppr o'a~c ii~ / M~e't,Jilo'dJo"fo"g~y.

.r,rl:,~~~f~iP~ge'3~of;4
