<br />SAMPLE PROJECT EXPERIENCE
<br />Ms. Morandi has worked as a project engineer for the following:

<br />College Avenue, Town of Davie, FL-Project Engineer. Roadway redevelopment in a
<br />Regional Activity Center for College Avenue between Nova Drive and 30th St.
<br />Improvements include a new drainage infrastructure and entire roadway repaving.
<br />Worked on paving and drainage design, as well as marking and signage. Coordinated
<br />with utilities director, as well as landscaping and electrical consultants.
<br />
<br />Beachwalk, Hallandale Beach, FL: This project involves the redevelopment of a former
<br />restaurant site along the Intracoastal Waterway into a hotel/condominium site in
<br />Hallandale Beach. Ms. Morandi acts as the civil engineering project manager for the
<br />project, responsible for all civil design and permitting on the project.

<br />Dania Entertainment Center, Dania Beach, FL: Ms. Morandi is the civil engineering for
<br />this commercial redevelopment project located within the Dania Beach CRA. The project
<br />involves the redevelopment and expansion of the Dania Jai Alai into a significant multi-
<br />use complex with retail, a casino, a hotel and a marina.
<br />
<br />Hidden Cove, Boca Raton, FL: Golf Course redevelopment project that proposed
<br />conversion to a luxury single family residential site with recreational use. As Project
<br />Engineer, developed site plan layout, design feasibility study, and Land Use Plan
<br />Amendment report. Also worked on design of paving, drainage and utilities, as well as
<br />connecting roadway and roundabout modifications. Coordinated with landscape
<br />architect, client, city planners, traffic engineer and environmental engineer.

<br />Gulfstream Gardens, Boy ton Beach, FL: Development consisted of a new multifamily
<br />residential site consisting of 308 units and a clubhouse. Engineer for site plan layout,
<br />grading, drainage and utilities, as well as the construction trailer. Also performed
<br />calculations for fireflow, drainage basin modeling, cost estimates, site data, and provided
<br />pollution prevention report. Project coordination included architect, landscape
<br />architect, client, general contractor, and City Engineers to obtain permitting for the
<br />following: SFWMD ERP, Health Department, EPD, FDOT, Zoning, City Engineering, and
<br />NPDES.
