<br />PGA Resort & Spa, Palm Beach, FL: The PGA Resort and Spa redevelopment focused on improvements to
<br />the hotel pool, restaurant, and recreational facilities, in addition to wastewater utility improvements. The
<br />goal was to revitalize the hotel in time for the PGA Tour. Responsibilities included: coordination for design
<br />of pool and recreational area, grading, drainage and utilities, in addition to construction cost evaluations,
<br />and a value engineering redesign. Coordinated with landscape architect, client, general contractor, City
<br />Engineer to obtain the following permits: SFWMD ERP, Dewater, Water Use, Health Department, EPD, City
<br />- Engineering, NPDES.

<br />New Century Commons, Delray Beach, FL: This redevelopment converted an existing COSTCO and
<br />parking area into a commercial site housing a variety of retail and restaurants including a Sports Authority,
<br />Pet Smart and a bank, while maintaining a portion of the original building. Responsibilities included design
<br />for site plan layout, earthwork, drainage and utilities, which required calculations for fire flow, drainage,
<br />cost estimates, site data, truck routing, and pollution prevention report. Coordinated with shell architect,
<br />interior architect, client, tenants, mechanical engineer, and general contractor and obtained permitting for,
<br />SFWMD ERP, Health Department, EPD, FDOT, Zoning, City Engineering, and NPDES.

<br />Melrose Park NE, SE Broward County, FL: Broward county Central Neighborhood Improvement project.
<br />Civil Engineer for paving, pavement marking, drainage and utility improvements. Obtained permits for
<br />SFWMD Dewatering, meeting with Broward County O.E.S.
<br />
<br />Surfside Water main Replacement, Town of Surfs ide, FL: Scope of project consists of replacement of
<br />existing water distribution system for the entire municipality of Surfside. Worked on finalizing all water
<br />main plans and profiles.
