<br />Mr. Messerian has more than 35 years of professional experience in project management,
<br />planning, designing and permitting of storm water & drainage facilities, roadways,
<br />commercial buildings, highways, and airports. His extensive experience with construction,
<br />and thorough-knowfedge of coaes ana regulations as tney apply to each-development, is
<br />an asset for any project. In addition, his trusted reputation with the permitting agencies
<br />has produced a long list of successful and profitable projects.

<br />As director of the municipal engineering division at CGA, he serves as a single point of
<br />contact for clients, and is fully responsible for project activities and objectives. He reports
<br />the teams' progress, workloads, costs and schedule status, as well as any potential
<br />deviations from the project milestones, and allocates the multi-disciplinary resources to
<br />meet the deliverables. To further assure success of the projects, he provides maximum
<br />production and continuity through superior communication. Under his direction,
<br />engineers are compiling designs and construction documents for a multitude of projects
<br />totaling more than $20 million in construction costs.

<br />Town of Surfside Drainage Improvements; Worked as team member for the storm
<br />water management system study and plans preparation to retrofit the existing drainage
<br />system.
<br />
<br />North Lauderdale Headwall Design, City of North Lauderdale, Florida; Provide
<br />engineering design for the restoration of several headwalls within the city.
<br />
<br />Atlantic Isles, Sunny Isles Beach; Design, permitting, and construction documents for
<br />2,500 linear feet of sanitary sewer collection system, pump station, force mains,
<br />drainage improvements, resurfacing and street lighting
<br />
<br />Chevron, Port Everglades, Ft. Lauderdale; Surface water management and permitting
<br />for several tank farms and improvements for mass distribution of fuel. Tasks included
<br />permits for disposal oflarge quantities of water used for testing tanks.

<br />Town of Surfs ide Drainage Improvements; As town engineer, developed the storm
<br />water management master plan to address environmental protection and reduce
<br />flooding within the Town. Mr. Messerian obtained more than $1.3 million in grants to
