<br />'1 <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Consulting Engineering & Science, Inc, <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />are complete; after which only local building permits will need to be secured to begin <br />construction, <br /> <br />Task 5: Bidding & Award <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />During this task, the CES Team will assist City staff as necessary in preparing the final <br />Bid Packag~; and, will attend a Pre-Bid Conference, resRond to Reguests for Information <br />(RFI) during the bid process, assist in the receipt and review of the bids, tabulate the bids, <br />assist in developing a Schedule of Values and assist with the formal award of the <br />Contracts, <br /> <br />o <br /> <br />Task 6: Administration <br /> <br />() <br /> <br />The CES Team will provide administration services to the City throughout the duration <br />of this contract. These Administration services typically include attendance to all <br />meetings scheduled and preparation of meeting minutes; review of all shop drawings <br />related to the work as designated in the construction documents; in-house responses to <br />questions posed by the City, property owners, regulatory agencies with regards to the <br />permit applications or suppliers to clarify the intent of the construction documents; and <br />preparation of close-out documents. <br /> <br />I ( ) <br /> <br />Proiect Scheduling <br /> <br />Id <br /> <br />In addition to the above tasks, the CES Team is aware of the importance of keeping track <br />of the project schedule, milestones and deliverables of the project. The CES Team will <br />prepare a project schedule which will include schedules of meetings to be held (with the <br />City, various agencies, etc,), 30%, 60% and 100% completion of construction plans, <br />coordination meetings with utility companies, early and anticipated finish along with a <br />critical path.
