The proposed project is to install <br />a 72" RCP drainage pipe and outfall associated with storm water and drainage improvements <br />for NW 21 sl Avenue under the FEC railway and into the C-1 0 Canal. <br /> <br />The Chappell Group, Inc. provided environmental services such as permitting services and an <br />Environmental Assessment for the proposed project.
