<br />BACKGROUND
<br />
<br />Mr. Cole is familiar with all phases of land development design and construction.
<br />He has directed engineering services and designed components of numerous major
<br />projects. This has included commercial, industrial, resort, recreational and
<br />community developments, both domestically and internationally, for the public
<br />and private sectors. Included in these were over 5,000 acres of redevelopment
<br />projects for Broward County, two county convention centers, several public park
<br />facilities in excess of $10M, several 1,000+ acre community developments,
<br />downtown redevelopment projects and the site for a major computer
<br />manufacturing facility. Also, Mr. Cole has participated in the development of
<br />electric, water and sewerage facilities for several remote Caribbean resorts.
<br />Project services for major projects have included master plans, feasibility studies,
<br />cost estimates, design, specifications and construction administration.

<br />Responsibilities as Director, Development Section included project
<br />management and design of land development and public sector projects,
<br />including water, sewer, roads dra inage, master plans, feasibility studies, cost
<br />estimates, specifications and construction administration. Represented firm to
<br />client, agencies and other consultants.

<br />Vice President, VSlA & VIPC (July 1984 - February 1987), Vernon Investment
<br />Properties Corporation, Boca Raton - (a subsidiary of Vernon Savings & loan
<br />Association, Dallas, Texas) - Responsibilities included managing VSLA's subsidiary,
<br />VIPC, located in Boca Raton, Florida. Directed branch office for new construction
<br />loan production, loan servicing, construction draw processing, construction
<br />inspections and asset management. Responsibilities included directing all activities
<br />of VIPC, coordinating legal, accounting and personnel functions, preparing and
<br />monitoring budgeting for subsidiary. Direct involvement in all loan activities and
<br />development of property owned by VSlA.
