This has included commercial, industrial, resort, recreational and <br />community developments, both domestically and internationally, for the public <br />and private sectors. Included in these were over 5,000 acres of redevelopment <br />projects for Broward County, two county convention centers, several public park <br />facilities in excess of $10M, several 1,000+ acre community developments, <br />downtown redevelopment projects and the site for a major computer <br />manufacturing facility. Directed branch office for new construction <br />loan production, loan servicing, construction draw processing, construction <br />inspections and asset management. Responsibilities included directing all activities <br />of VIPC, coordinating legal, accounting and personnel functions, preparing and <br />monitoring budgeting for subsidiary.
