Supervising and <br />overseeing design, drafting and permitting requirements. Preparation of <br />construction documents and bidding assistance. Coordinating activities of other <br />consultants and contractors. Acted as liaison with client and firm. Construction <br />administration, financial budgeting and cash flow projections for firm. <br /> <br />RELEVANT EXPERI ENCE <br /> <br />Sistrunk Boulevard (NE / NW 6th Street) Streetscape Enhancement, Fort <br />lauderdale - Principal-in-Charge responsible for the Construction Management <br />services for Sistrunk Boulevard Streetscape and Enhancement Project. The project <br />is funded and managed by the Fort lauderdale CRA and includes streetscape <br />improvements consisting of landscape, median, paver sidewalk, lighting and other <br />improvements. Construction costs are approximately $15.2 million dollars. Work <br />includes close coordination with existing businesses during construction, public <br />relations to keep all parties informed of improvements, maintenance of traffic <br />coordination to ensure access to all affected properties throughout construction. <br />The project is federally funded including lAP funding. <br /> <br />South County Neighborhood Improvement Project, Broward County, Florida - <br />Principal-in-Charge of a 1300 ac. infrastructure improvement project. This lAP <br />funded project consisted of existing residential and commercial development for <br />which gravity and pressure sewer systems replaced existing septic tanks; water <br />main sizing was improved; and regional drainage was created where none <br />currently existed. Assisted the County with lAP funding requirements. Cost: $70 <br />Million. <br /> <br />City of Oakland Park Utility Consulting Services, Oakland Park, Florida - Principal- <br />in-charge. Currently serving as the utility Consultant for the City of Oakland Park. <br />Services include engineering studies and capital improvement design and <br />construction services. The cost of CTA design improvements completed to date is <br />estimated at $3.5 million. The total cost of CTA design improvements is estimated <br />at $1 million. CTA is playing a vital role in assisting the City obtain Grant Funding. <br /> <br />North Central County Neighborhood Improvement Project, Broward County, <br />Florida - Preparation of Basis of Design Report for 913 acres of older <br />neighborhoods in central Broward County. Report addressed needs for <br />improvements to water, sewer, drainage, sidewalks and landscaping. Total project <br />construction budget of $31,000,000.
