<br />Central County Neighborhood Improvement Project, Broward County, Florida -
<br />Preparation of Basis of Design Report for 1,690 acres of older neighborhoods in
<br />central Broward County. Report addressed needs for improvements to water,
<br />sewer, drainage, sidewalks and landscaping. Total project construction budget of
<br />$70,000,000. Services continued to include designing recommendations of report
<br />and construction administration.

<br />National Car Rental Center, Sunrise, Florida - Design of paving, drainage, water
<br />and sewer for 140 acre site for a new arena. Project included wetland areas,
<br />planning around proposed potable water a wells and a unique grading design
<br />which sloped the parking areas up to the second floor of the building.
<br />
<br />Miramar Regional Park, Miramar, Florida - Master planning and design for 200-
<br />acre regional County park. Infrastructure design, environmental permitting,
<br />wetland mitigation and construction administration.
<br />
<br />Riverfront, Fort lauderdale, Florida - Supervised design and construction
<br />administration for 5 acre commercial redevelopment project in downtown area.
<br />
<br />Twin Acres, Pembroke Pines, Florida - Design wetland mitigation plans and
<br />environmental permitting for 205 acre residential site. This included u.s. Army
<br />Corp of Engineers, EPA, BCDNRP and SFWMD.
<br />
<br />Nova University Student Housing, Davie, Florida - Design of paving and drainage,
<br />water and sewer for four 152 room dormitories. First phase construction included
<br />one dormitory. This included extension of the University water and sewer system.

<br />Cypress lakes Estates, Parkland, Florida - Supervised design of infrastructure for
<br />113 acre residential project.

<br />Performing Arts Center, Fort Lauderdale, Florida - Design for parking area and
<br />loading zone.
<br />
<br />Pembroke Commons, Pembroke Pines, Florida - Supervised paving, drainage,
<br />water and sewer design for 33 acre shopping center.
<br />
<br />Cypress Park, Coral Springs, Florida - Permitting for a 39 acre park with five ball
<br />fields and swimming complex. Provided construction management. Redesign of
<br />roadways and drainage system previously designed by others.
<br />
<br />Savanna Club, Port St. lucie, Florida - Environmental permitting and infrastructure
<br />design for 2,350 unit manufactured home project.
<br />
<br />Chapel Trail Park, Pembroke Pines, Florida - Infrastructure design for a 12 acre
<br />park including ballfields and racquetball courts.
<br />
<br />Chapel Trail, Pembroke Pines, Florida - Design of paving, drainage, water and
<br />sewer for 2,000 acre PUD. Including environmental permitting and flood routing
<br />for entire drainage basin.
