Preparation of <br />engineering reports, preliminary engineering plans, and cost estimates for a 400 <br />acre cemetery, including roadways and facilities buildings. <br /> <br />Kane Concourse, Dade County, Florida - Paving and drainage design for city <br />beautification project. Drainage system included four drainage wells in excess of <br />100 foot depth. <br /> <br />Boynton Beach Boat Club, Boynton Beach, Florida - Paving, drainage, water and <br />sewer design for public park including boat ramp and dock facilities. <br /> <br />Sugar Island, U.S. Virgin Islands - Preliminary infrastructure design and cost <br />estimates for 14,000 acre residential/hotel resort project. <br /> <br />Ocean Ridge Yacht Club, Ocean Ridge, Florida - Infrastructure design and <br />environmental permitting for a 44 unit townhouse project.
