Our work in the City of Miami Gardens is an example of
this. We have accommodated the City by preparing Design Reports and initial studies with
budgets that are broken down into manageable phases. Construction can then proceed
with portions that can be funded within the available budget. CTA has also worked on
Federal Stimulus Funding Projects to allow some aspects of investigation and verification to
fall within the construction scope to accommodate the schedule and budget restraints for
funding. This allowed the City to move forward with necessary roadway improvements.

The firm is dedicated to providing quality and timely professional services. We have a fully
implemented quality control system in order to ensure that all schedules and budgets are
clearly identified and complied with. CTA has weekly staff meetings to communicate
current regulatory and market trends, challenging design issues, and plans production
schedules. The shared knowledge benefits not only CTA, but our Clients. All projects are
designed based on tried and true design processes, which result in the most efficient and
cost effective product for our Clients.

Knowledge of all affected aspects of the project is a critical component of the project
management. CTA management style is to work with the City and the affected
neighborhoods to identify existing utilities, schools, access issues, site visibility issues,
homeowner association concerns, etc. as early as possible during the design phase. Our
goal is to effectively utilize each stakeholder's knowledge to facilitate design and
construction while minimizing construction costs of the project.

Please visit our website at www.craventhompson.com to find out more about us, examine
what we do, and view a sampling of our project portfolio.

PENDING LITIGATION

Case No. 07-34975(03) - January 2008 - Ocean Palms Association, Inc. v.
