GIBNEY, P.E. <br />Senior Supervising Engineer <br /> <br />Broward County - NW 21st Avenue - NW 19th Street to Oakland Park Boulevard <br />This project includes roadway improvements, drainage improvements and a <br />regional drainage outfall for NW 21st Avenue from 19th Street to Oakland Park <br />Boulevard. Services include: surveying; geotechnical engineering; roadway design; <br />drainage design; permitting; bidding assistance and construction administration. <br />The project scope includes the design and permitting of a regional drainage outfall <br />for a 600-acre drainage basin. <br /> <br />N.E. 38th Street (from Andrews Avenue to N.E. 11th Avenue, Oakland Park, <br />Florida - Project Manager responsible for the provision of professional engineering <br />services for the designing and permitting of approximately 0.90 miles of roadway <br />improvements. The civil engineering services include: paving and grading design, <br />stormwater management design, utility coordination and relocation, and all <br />associated permitting. Approximate Construction Cost: $2.6 Million. The project <br />will utilize grant funding for construction. CTA is currently assisting the City with <br />the funding procurement process. <br /> <br />Broward County - Pine Island Road, Oakland Park Blvd. to Commercial Blvd. - This <br />project includes roadway improvements for Pine Island Road from south of <br />Oakland Park Boulevard to north of Commercial Boulevard. Services include: <br />surveying; geotechnical engineering; roadway design; drainage design; <br />landscaping, irrigation, signalization and lighting, permitting; bidding assistance <br />and construction administration. <br /> <br />Oakland Park Municipal Building, Oakland Park - Project Manager - CTA provided <br />the City of Oakland Park with a facility study in order to consolidate several City <br />departments into one building. The Project consisted of a Needs Study and design <br />drawings for the renovation of an existing building to accommodate several <br />different City departments. The consolidation of these departments allowed the <br />City to utilize the existing space to serve other City departments and expand <br />several community programs. The renovations also included space for the Broward <br />County Sheriff's Office. The renovated facility will support Code Enforcement, <br />Engineering, Fire Prevention, Building Department, Permitting & licensing and <br />Planning & Zoning. <br /> <br />Town of Davie CRA SW 41st Place Parking lot Improvements - Preparation, <br />Permitting and Bidding of the CRA Parking lot located behind the businesses on <br />Davie Rd., including storm drainage, landscaping, lighting and pervious pavement <br />improvements. <br /> <br />Oakland Park Wastewater Master Plan, Oakland Park, Florida <br />Project Manager involved in field data gathering, calculations and technical writing. <br />Evaluated the City's existing wastewater collection system to evaluate annual costs <br />of 1/1. Also identified the required lift station and force main improvements <br />required to transmit the current ADF as well as proposed ADF with reductions in <br />1/1.
