Surveying in Florida since 1971 and <br />is well versed in all phases of land surveying including drafting, mapping performance standards, data <br />collection, calculation and managing both Utility Designating and Utility Test Hole projects. <br /> <br />He joined InfraMap Corp in 1996. Mr. Scagliola is the key person to coordinate our Utility Locating. <br />His familiarity with Subsurface Utility Investigations along with survey knowledge is essential to <br />InfraMap. He directs all contractual, managerial, and supervisory aspects. His responsibilities <br />include: Designating and Utility Locating project coordination in Florida, client communication, <br />contractual, scope detail, Quality Assurance / Quality Control and final project review of survey <br />processing and computer drafting. Mr. Scagliola's widespread network of contacts and Utility <br />Locating knowledge is well respected at the Florida Department of Transportation, as well as private <br />agencies and clientele. <br /> <br />Project Experience <br /> <br />SR 25/US 27, Belle Glade, Palm Beach County - August 2009 <br />InfraMap Corp investigated proposed guardrail conflicts at various locations for entire project, along <br />SR 25 from Hendry County line to north of SR 80, performing 90 test hole locations. In addition to the <br />proposed light pole location investigations, over 30,000 linear feet of underground utilities were <br />designated. Mr. Scagliola supervises the depiction of potential conflicts, survey and detailed notes <br />where Q/ A and Q/C report delivery for a complete and extensive due diligence. <br /> <br />SR 714 Road Improvements, Palm City, Martin County - May 2009 <br />This designating project included approximately 110,000 linear feet of underground utilities <br />throughout 3.5 miles of SR 714 / Kings Highway. Mr. Scagliola's directly supervises all detailed <br />investigations supplied for proposed road improvement reports. He provides a PEDDS certification <br />document as FDOT requests on all projects. <br /> <br />SR 7, SW 27 Street to 1400' N of Fillmore Street, Ft Lauderdale, Broward County - August 2010 <br />Utility designation was performed along SR 7 in areas as follows for widening of road as well as eleven <br />proposed retention ponds. More than 180,000 linear feet of underground utilities were designated. <br />Mr. Scagliola participates in the conclusion of each and every department project start to finish. <br /> <br />3132 <br />
