He currently is a Senior Utility Location Manager and is
proficient with utility designating, perfonning test holes, and utility CAD. Mr. Garcia's
responsibilities include: Utility Designation and Test Hole project management, attending utility
scoping meetings, permitting, records research, traffic control supervision, field data collection
and Quality Control. His duties also include vacuum excavation equipment maintenance as well
as preserving FDOT Standards Compliance in each submittal.

Mr. Garcia has excelled as Survey Party Chief with experience in total station survey and data
collector knowledge (electronic field book, TDS functions, and 3 wire bench runs on several
designating and utility locating projects). His assistance in the Survey EFB Data collection
Compliance further adds to InfraMap's knowledge and familiarity with FDOT procedures.

Project Experience

SR 5, Stuart, Martin County - March 2007
This designating project was approximately 2.5 miles along SR5 from Roosevelt Bridge to
Jensen Beach Causeway including over 118,000 linear feet of underground utilities. Mr. Garcia
oversaw the utility meeting held in the field which included various utility members and
coordinated so evelY potential utility conflict was addressed.

SR AlA, Oakland Park to Flamingo Avenue, Ft Lauderdale, Broward County - June 2010
Mr. Andres Garcia carefully investigated utility conflicts for proposed structures along SR A 1 A
totaling over 150 test hole locations and completed on time in barely two months. Each
verification vertically and horizontally (VVH) was specifically detailed on the Test Hole
InventOlY Spreadsheet as supplied by the FDOT District Four as well as depicted on Dgn file
utility maps that clarify location for overall project view.

SR 5 (US 1) and SR 818 (Griffin Road) - July 2010
InfraMap Corp performed close investigation of proposed light pole locations along SR 5, most
recently to complete 51 test hole locations. Knowing that communication is key, Mr. Garcia
maintains ties with utility members throughout projects like this one, and makes all tasks run
smoothly for a complex deadline schedule. Survey crew, utility crew and office personnel assist
the thoroughness of this project submittal. This project exemplifies Mr. Garcia's awareness of
the meticulous manner FDOT Four expects their submittals; the test hole spreadsheet, forms,
field notes, survey test files, segments, reports, and direct Q/A & Q/C PEDDS report.

3133
