In my position as Capital Projects Manager for the City <br />of Aventura, I have worked very closely with your staff over the past 8 years and <br />have always found CT A to be very professional, responsive and competent in <br />their work. <br /> <br />During this same period, CTA has served as the City's Consulting Engineer. <br />Your staff has provided engineering design and construction services for <br />numerous capital improvement projects including park expansions, drainage <br />improvements, roadway improvements and beautification projects. In addition, <br />CTA has performed engineering studies; provided surveying services; traffic <br />engineering services; planning services; public works permit reviews; inspection <br />services and other miscellaneous engineering services.
