<br />MRG was responsible for creating a Public Involvement Plan (PIP) to best reach motorists, pedestrians and interested parties to
<br />keep them informed during the construction process, MRG assigned a Public Information Specialist (PIS) to address the
<br />concerns of the community and to serve as the daily point of contact on behalf of the contractor, Through the process of direct
<br />mailings and door-to-door distribution, fliers were distributed along the corridor to residents and the business community, and e-
<br />mail blasts have provided residents regular updates on all related construction activities.
