(P&A) was founded by Mr. Carlos H. Perez <br />in May 2004 as a corporation in the State of Florida within Miami-Dade County with the <br />strategic vision of serving public sector and private clients in the areas of roadway design, traffic <br />engineering, transportation planning, and surveying and mapping. The firm currently employs <br />over 50 individuals. Our staff includes fifteen professional engineers, one professional traffic <br />operations engineer, two professional surveyors and mappers, five engineers in training, and five <br />three-man survey crews. We are certified as Disadvantage Business Enterprise and Community <br />Business Enterprise with Miami-Dade County and the Florida Department of Transportation. <br /> <br />Jaffer Well Drilling <br />Founded in 1949, by Harold G. In the 1960's, when south Florida was suffering from excessive <br />storm water which polluted waterways and caused flooding, Jaffer took the lead to manage the <br />excess water - the use of storm water injection wells. Jaffer Well Drilling has maintained its position due to its proprietary drilling <br />methodologies and its experience and knowledge of the Department of Environmental Protection <br />and Water Management District permit application approval process. The Company has <br />leveraged this reputation to expand into the Aquifer Storage and Recovery (ASR) and Reverse <br />Osmosis (RO) well drilling markets. In addition, its customized state of the art drilling <br />equipment and drilling techniques enable the collection of detailed information used for ASR <br />well design.
