The project encompasses the widening and <br />resurfacing of the existing roadway. The scope includes the <br />preparation of roadway plans, addition of shoulders, pavement <br />markings, and advanced warning signs. Mrs. Miguel assisted in the <br />preparation of roadway plans and signing and pavement markings <br />plans. <br /> <br />, <br />J <br /> <br />ARRA DESIGN-BUILD, MIAMI LAKES, FLORIDA <br />Client: Town of Miami Lakes. Reference: Felix Acosta; (305) 556- <br />0473; Length of Corridor: 0.4 miles; Project Duration: 4/2010 - <br />2/2011 The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) along with <br />the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA) are <br />performing roadway and drainage improvements on the existing <br />roadway. The project scope encompasses the preparation of <br />drainage plans, the preparation of roadway plans, the preparation <br />of signing and pavement marking plans and Maintenance ofTraffic <br />(MOT) plans. Mrs. Miguel assisted in the preparation of roadway <br />plans. <br /> <br />J <br /> <br />SR-809/ MILITARY TRAIL, PALM BEACH, FLORIDA <br />Client: FDOT District 4 (Thuc Le, P.E. (954) 777-4552). The project <br />consists of preparation of a Contract Plans Set for the milling & <br />resurfacing of a 3.6 miles of the existing roadway. The basic <br />services provided with the scope of services include the preparation <br />of the RRR Report, the preparation of design exceptions/variations, <br />utility coordination, local government coordination, public <br />involvement, preparation of roadway plans, preparation of signing <br />& pavement markings plans, preparation of signalization plans, <br />preparation of the Specifications Package, preparation of the <br />electronic delivery of the plans & specifications, and <br />update/maintenance of the cost estimate. Mrs. Miguel assisted in <br />the preparation of the roadway plans for this project. <br /> <br />SOUTH POINTE - ROW IMPROVEMENT PROJECT (PHASES <br />III, IV AND V), CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA <br /> <br />Client: City of Miami Beach (Carla Dixon, Project Manager (305) <br />673-7071). The project encompasses approximately 19,000 LF of <br />ROW infrastructure improvements including roadway plans, <br />streetscape enhancements, water main replacements, drainage <br />improvements, landscaping and lighting improvements, and <br />roadway reconstruction. Due to the existing mixed residential and <br />commercial environment of this neighborhood, special design <br />efforts were made to incorporate a walkable community elements <br />meeting all ADA requirements. Mrs. Miguel performed numerous <br />site visits for the preparation of roadway plans, signing and <br />pavement markings, paving, and drainage plans. She assisted in <br />the roadway design, plans preparation, and signing inventory of <br />the project. She also performed utility coordination contacts and <br />utility re-Iocation plans. <br /> <br />CITY CENTER - ROW IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, CITY OF <br />MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA <br />Client: City of Miami Beach, Florida (Keith Mizell Project Manager <br />(305) 673-7071). The project encompasses approximately 24,000 <br />LF of ROW infrastructure improvements including roadway <br />reconstruction, streetscape enhancements, water main <br />replacements, sanitary sewer upgrades, stormwater drainage <br />improvements, landscaping improvements, and lighting <br />improvements. Due to the existing mixed residential and <br />commercial environment of this neighborhood, special design <br />efforts were made to incorporate walkable community elements <br />meeting all ADA requirements. Mrs. Miguel assisted in the plans <br />preparation and engineering design of hardscape, landscape, <br />pavement markings, Paving, drainage, and utilities. She also <br />performed daily entries of work progress on company based <br />program used for managing and storing projects. <br /> <br />SUNSET ISLANDS 1 & 2, CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA <br />Client: City of Miami Beach, Florida (Keith Mizell Project Manager <br />(305) 673-7071). Project consisted of the design of roadway <br />improvements stormwater, and water main design for the City of <br />Miami Beach. Mrs. Miguel took part in the design of drainage and <br />grading in the project area, as well as calculations for the drainage <br />report and identification of the drainage areas. <br /> <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS . <br />
