MILDRED PADERNI PAGE 1/2 <br /> <br />Signing adn Pavement Marking <br /> <br />Mrs. Paderni has over 10 years of experience working as a engineer technician on <br />projects for Florida Department of Transportation and local agencies, Mrs. Paderni has <br />worked on a number of projects including RRR and Roadway Reconstruction projects. <br />Within these projects, Mrs. Paderni has conducted Roadway Plans, Signing and <br />Pavement Marking Plans, and Signalization Plans using CADD system (Microstation) <br />and Geopak software as well as pertinent standards. Generated CADD and produced <br />quantities using Geopak for the Computation Book, computed areas, volumes and <br />geometric data required. Coordinated signalization plan permits at Miami-Dade County. <br /> <br />KEY PROJECTS <br /> <br />LUMMUS NEIGHBORHOOD- 7TH AND 8TH STREETSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS <br />City of Miami Beach, Florida. Client: City of Miami Beach (Jorge Chartrand, P.E., P.M. <br />(305) 673-7071). Project consisted of improving the water main and drainage in the <br />Lummus Neighbourhood, for 7th and 8th Street. The removal and replacement of <br />existing curb & gutter and sidewalk between 11th St. and 16th St. was done. Storm <br />water pipe upsizing and drainage was incorporated to the drainage improvements. <br />Milling & Resurfacing, signing and pavement marking, street lighting and aesthetic <br />enhancement (plating of Coconut Palms in sidewalk) were key improvement implicated <br />in this project. All improvements fell under ADA and MOT compliance. <br /> <br />NAUTILUS NEIGHBORHOOD IMPROVEMENTS <br />City of Miami Beach, Florida. Client: City of Miami Beach (Jorge Chartrand, P.E., P.M. <br />(305) 673-7071). The Nautilus Neighborhood includes all of the area from Surprise <br />Lake, south to the south end of the 41 st Street right-of-way, and from Biscayne Bay <br />east to the Indian Creek waterway, inclusive of the Orchard Park sub-neighborhood. The <br />area is generally comprised of single-family residential streets with some pockets of <br />multi-family uses. Major institutional used include Mount Sinai Medical Center, Miami <br />Heart Institute, Nautilus Middle School, and North Beach Elementary School. Arthur <br />Godfrey Road (41st Street), a State roadway, is a major commercial corridor to the <br />southern border of the neighborhood. Alton Road is a state minor arterial on the west <br />side, and Pine Tree Drive is a County collector road along the east side of the <br />neighborhood. The improvements to the stormwater system are limited to the three <br />priority drainage basins (92, 97 & 99) identified in the City of Miami Beach Stormwater <br /> <br />CIVIL ENGINEERING SERVICES TO DESIGN STREET AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS . <br />
