<br />Client: Town of Miami Lakes (Gary R. Ratay, P.E., Project Manager
<br />(954) 535-5100).Engineer Technician responsible for the Design-
<br />Build ARRA Project of Miami Lakeway North and NW 153rd Street.
<br />Project includes the Milling & Resurfacing of 0.6 miles of the
<br />existing roadway, Signing, Pavement Markings and new drainage
<br />improvements, including new French Drains, inlets, manholes and
<br />the design of a 30-inch outfall. Responsible for the Utility
<br />Coordination and obtaining local permits (DERM, SFWMD, and
<br />Miami-Dade County Public Works).

<br />WASHINGTON AVENUE IMPROVEMENTS PHASES II, IV & V -
<br />MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />Client: City of Miami Beach (Charles Carreno, P.E" Project
<br />Manager (305) 532-9292). Prepare construction documents (plans
<br />and specifications) for the following improvements: milling &
<br />resurfacing, new gravity drainage wells, sanitary sewer capacity
<br />improvements which consist of pipe/manhole up-sizing, water main
<br />upgrades, relocation of water meters/meter boxes, new decorative
<br />lighting system, landscape and irrigation upgrades, replacement of
<br />curb & gutter and sidewalk from 11th St. to 16th St., design of
<br />intersection bumps-outs, compliance with ADA requirements,
<br />modification of parking space layout, relocation of existing utilities,
<br />
<br />coordination with the CMB Parking Department to remove and
<br />reinstall parking meter heads and parking signs, & signature
<br />median improvements from 5th St. to 6th St., between 16th to
<br />Lincoln Rd. and along Lincoln Rd from Washington Ave to Collins
<br />Ave. Also responsible for the office administration construction
<br />progress activities related to the construction of this right-of-way
<br />improvement project.

<br />Quintela, P.E., Project Manager (305) 375-3971). Prepare a
<br />Contract Plans Set for the total reconstruction of a 2.72 mi segment
<br />of this urban/commercial corridor. Including new drainage, lighting
<br />design and compliance with ADA requirements, with the following
<br />included: Traffic Control, Maintenance of access for pedestrians to
<br />businesses or residences, Underground utility construction, Erosion
<br />control and storm water pollution prevention measures, Drainage
<br />collection and/or disposal system.

<br />BISCAYNE BOULEVARD MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FLORIDA
<br />Client: City of Miami, Miami, FI (Kevin A. Brown, P.E, Project
<br />Manager (305) 416-1090). Prepare Construction Documents (plans
<br />and specifications) for the reconstruction of SR-5 / Biscayne
<br />Boulevard from NE 14th Street to NE 15th Street. The project
<br />included Milling, Resurfacing and Streetscape improvements of the
<br />street surrounding the new Performance Art Center (PAC) which
<br />is being referred as the "Super Block" and bounded by NE 13th
<br />Street to the south, NE 15th Street to the north, Bayshore Drive to
<br />the east and NE 2nd Avenue to the west, City of Miami, Miami-
<br />Dade County. The project also included hardscape limited to street
<br />furniture, sidewalk, signing and pavement markings, lighting, utility
<br />coordination, landscaping, cost estimates, and all necessary
<br />incidental items for a complete project.
