At each phase submittal, the project book will be submitted including relevant technical design <br />information and managerial documentation pertinent to the level of completion of the plans as per the approved <br />scope. <br /> <br />APCTE will use a "hands-on" Approach to effectively satisfy the contract conditions. This approach will include the <br />following: <br />. A streamlined production oriented Team. <br />. An experienced staff and state of the art resources necessary to complete projects assignments to a high level <br />of technical and professional quality. <br />. Monthly production staff meetings including sub-consultants. <br />. Completion of project on schedule and within budget. <br /> <br />4.3 Ability to meet deadlines <br />APCTE is aware of the issues to be faced in providing the services required for this RFQ, and we are ready to meet the <br />challenge. APCTE is known for always meeting all deadlines and established schedules. The APCTE Team is <br />committed to provide the City of Sunny Isles Beach with innovative quality solutions surpassing the levels of <br />satisfaction expected by the City. <br /> <br />APCTE is exceptionally familiar with the specific order in which design and construction management events need to <br />take place in order for the projects to be completed within the proposed schedule and work program budget <br />constraints. In order to guarantee the City that all of its timelines will be met, APCTE has dedicated countless hours to <br />studying the proposed scope of services and gaining a comprehensive understanding of the goals of this project. To <br />this end, APCTE has assigned its best water resources, drainage, and roadway engineers to develop technical <br />solutions that will meet the challenges of this project.
