<br />Mr. Reed has extensive exp~ience in a wide variety of projects where he has provided a full range
<br />of landscape architectural services. These services consist of the following land development
<br />activities: master planning:programming, plan review, site design and development. landscape
<br />and irrigation design, cost analysis, environmental mitigation design/permitting, site approval
<br />processing/permitting and public/client presentation.As an experienced project manager, Mr.
<br />Reed has competently prepared and administered construction and bid documents, QAt

<br />and construction observation. As a divisional staff supervisor, he directs and schedules the
<br />design teams in completion of landscape architectural design development. Mr. Reed has

<br />BISCAYNE BOULEVARD, MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL: Landscape Architect - 1.4
<br />miles of Biscayne Boulevard in the heart of old downtown Miami roadway improvements
<br />including drainage, sidewalk, ADA accessibility, utility and road-widening improvements.
<br />Landscape architectural services included the assessment of over 500 trees existing within
<br />the project limits, landscape plans, irrigation, and lighting enhancements. Through public
<br />involvement events, emphasis was placed on preserving the character and enhancing the

<br />lighting, signage and improved stormwater drainage for a tourist destination known around
