<br />Ms. Hoy~land has over 37 years of professional experience witIJ primary emphasis on <br />environ1nental permitting and compliance. During Ms. Howland's 30-year tenure with the <br />FDOT:she was responsible for the District 4 environmental permitting program, which for <br />several years included Miami-Dade and Monroe Counties. She coordinated projects with the <br />state, federal, county and local permitting agencies including the SFWMD, USACE, USCG, <br />FDEP, and DERM. LUCIE, FL: <br />Environmental permitting lead for the acquisition of construction permits for the new <br />interchanges at Crosstown Parkway and Becker Road. Permits were received from FDOT, <br />FWC, USACE and SFWMD for bridge construction, dewatering, stormwater management, <br />and wetland and species impacts.
