<br />ARTICLE 15 <br />LABOR-MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE <br /> <br />Section 1. The City and the pBA shall each name up to three (3) individuals who <br />are employed by the City of Sunny Isles Beach as members of the Labor-Management <br />Committee. This Committee may meet and confer regarding any issues related to the Police <br />Depal1ment, which either pal1y would like to discuss. This shall not constitute renegotiations of <br />the Agreement, but shall serve as a forum for exchange of suggestions and recommendations. <br />The Labor-Management Committee may meet at mutually agreeable times, but not more than <br />once a month. <br /> <br />- 2t - <br />
