<br />C. If an injured employee is receiving benefits from Worker's Compensation, the <br />Chief of Police or his designee, reserves the right to randomly test such <br />employee for use of the aforementioned controlled substance, narcotic drugs <br />or alcohol, while he/she is receiving such benefits. <br /> <br />D. It is agreed that the tcsts conducted under this Agreement, shall be <br />administered in a purely employment context. All drug and alcohol tests will <br />be conducted in accordance with Chapter 112 of the Florida Statutes. <br /> <br />E. Employee(s) refusing to submit to drug or alcohol testing in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />the provisions of this Article may be terminated from employment. <br /> <br />- 37- <br />
