We will conduct a meeting comprised of all necessary ESB stakeholders at each major milestone <br />to review the associated products in detail. We anticipate these meetings to be interactive sessions to receive <br />feedback on our analysis, assumptions, mitigating measures and recommended strategies. Upon receiving this <br />feedback from the ESB stakeholders, we will incorporate comments and revise materials as necessary to <br />produce the final documents. As previously mentioned, these documents will incorporate all of the items as <br />stated in the Request for Proposal and will include additional sections as may be agreed as necessary to ensure <br />a complete and functional security llife safety program.
