The canopies will <br />provide shade to visitors and users of the playground equipment located at both parks. <br />The shade will also protect the playground equipment from continuous exposure to <br />sunlight. <br /> <br />Staff issued RFP 11-10-0 I for the required turn-key services and three proposals were <br />received as follows: <br /> <br />I. Zurqui Construction Services, Inc. <br />Base Bid: $381,500.00 <br />Completion time: 322 days <br /> <br />2.
