The storm water management included the design and <br />permitting of three drainage injection wells. Miami-Dade DERM and <br />NPDES permitting services were also provided. Coastal Systems also <br />designed the water and sanitary sewer services for the site. Fire lines, <br />potable water, and sanitary sewer lines were coordinated with the MEP <br />consultants for the three buildings. <br /> <br />As part of the site development, Coastal Systems also designed and <br />pennitted the waterfront improvements. These improvements included <br />approximately 500 linear feet of sheet pile bulkhead with a concrete cap. <br />The design was coordinated with the Baywalk waterfront promenade. <br />The bulkhead also provides access to the 14-slip marina. Coastal <br />Systems designed fixed timber docks supported by concrete piles along <br />with marina utilities including shore power pedestals, fire protection, and <br />sewage pump-out systems. <br /> <br />Corporate Office: 4(H South IAxu: Illghway .
