The redevelopment consists of a new <br />marina facility along with approximately 400 feet of bulkhead with a <br />combination of temporary wet and dry slips. The dry storage building <br />will provide a total capacity of approximately 500 dry slips. <br />Additional facilities will include marina offices, store and service <br />areas.
