Advantages and disadvantages of each concept will be identi- <br />fied, <br /> <br />} <br />) <br />) <br />) <br />) <br /> <br />c) Internal City/Committee Workshop: The program alternative design concepts and associated advantages <br />and disadvantages will be presented and discussed, The consultant team will incorporate the comments <br />of this workshop in preparation for presentation of the alternatives to the community, (If needed), <br /> <br />d) Based on the review and evaluation of the alternative plans, a preferred Conceptual Plan and order of <br />magnitude cost estimate will be developed and presented to the City Commission for review and ap- <br />proval. <br /> <br />Phase 2: Design Services (20-22 weeks, not including construction related services) <br /> <br />Upon directive from the City of Sunny Isles, the consultant team can provide comprehensive design and construction <br />services for the Intracoastal Park as discussed in the scope of services, A typical design and construction process has <br />been outlined below. <br /> <br />1. Design /Construction Documents: <br />a, Prepare design and construction documents utilizing the Conceptual Plan prepared in Phase I. <br /> <br />, <br />, <br /> <br />b, <br /> <br />Prepare submittals at 30%, 60%, 90% and 100% completion for City review, Incorporate the City <br />staff's comments from review process. <br /> <br />c. Prepare and attend presentation at City Boards, and City Commission to obtain further approvals <br />and receive input. <br /> <br />2. Permitting and Review Process: <br /> <br />a. Prepare initial permitting applications. Review project design with permitting agencies for compli- <br />ance and issuance of relevant permits. <br /> <br />b. Incorporate permitting comments into construction documents and prepare a complete Construc- <br />tion Set, <br /> <br />3, Construction: <br />a.
