With its exceptional bayfront <br />site (wherethe Miami River meets <br />Biscayne Bay) and dramatic signature <br />lighting, One Miami is a soaring tribute <br />to the city's bright future at the <br />crossroads of the Americas. <br /> <br />One Miami's two magnificent 44- <br />and 45-story residential towers rise <br />in tribute to the city's energy and <br />vibrancy. Developed in partnership <br />with the City of Miami, the One Miami <br />Riverwalk includes a variety of plazas <br />and native, tropical landscaping. <br />The luxurious baywalk promenade <br />leads the public through a series of <br />distinct plazas and courts including <br />both the Waterwall Plaza and the <br />Plaza of Light. Also encountered <br />along the waterfront are seven <br />exclusive art pieces inspired by the <br />site.
