<br />Nina GLadstone, LEED@ AP <br />Lead Architect <br /> <br />Nina Gladstone, LEEO@APwill be the lead architect on the <br />project. Nina serves as a Project Manager/Project Architect <br />for AECOM specializing in state and local government, and <br />judicial facilities, Her experience includes numerous major <br />government projects totaling over 5 million square feet <br />including the Surfs ide Community Center which is a recently <br />constructed 30,000 square feet multi-purpose Civic Center. <br />Some of the more recent projects have been nationally or <br />regionally recognized through awards and publications. Ms. <br />Gladstone's project duties have encompassed programming, <br />architecture and engineering, as well as interior design/space <br />planning/FF&E services. <br /> <br />Erica NeLLes, AlA, LEED@ AP, BD+C <br />Lead Architect <br /> <br />Erica Nelles, AlA, LEEO'" AP, BO+C will be the sustainability <br />expert on the project. With professional degrees in both <br />Architecture and Bio-Resource Engineering, Erica brings <br />a distinct design approach work at AECOM, providing <br />continuity for project-specific design issues, technical <br />requirements and sustainable strategies. In addition to her <br />role as Project Architect, she also serves as the Sustainable <br />Design Director for AECOM Miami. Erica is responsible for the <br />design and implementation of both internal and client-based <br />environmentally-sensitive practices, production of required <br />documentation for multiple certification standards, and <br />USGBC/LEED Project Management. <br /> <br />Leo Giangrande, P.E. <br />Civil Engineer <br /> <br />Leo Giangrande, P.E. will be the site Civil Engineer on the <br />project. Leo is responsible for the management of the firm's <br />civil engineering design in South Florida. Leo's experience <br />including being prime consultant and civil engineering PM <br />of several park projects as well as numerous other project <br />types ranging from transportation planning, site civil design, <br />construction specifications, cost estimating, bid and award <br />to construction administration, environmental permitting, <br />and all the diverse range of approvals and typical civil <br />designs required for land development. <br /> <br />Jay Exum, Ph.D, LEED@ AP <br />Principal Ecologist <br /> <br />Jay Exum, Ph.O, LEEO'" AP will be the Principal Ecologist on <br />the project.
