<br />Landscape Architect. Landscape, hardscape, and site
<br />planning design and construction administration services
<br />for a 4 acre park and 4-level, 500 space parking garage.
<br />Construction was completed in 2011. CLIENT: City of Sunny
<br />Isles Beach.

<br />Camana Bay, Grand Cayman Islands
<br />Landscape Architect. Hardscape and landscape design for
<br />a 120,000 sf, 4-story Block 8 building featuring plazas, a
<br />lakefront esplanade and native plant material seamlessly
<br />transitioned between the interior and exterior spaces.
<br />Construction was completed in 2009. CLIENT: Spillis

<br />Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment Plant, Oldsmar, FL
<br />LEED/Sustainability Consultant. Documentation and review
<br />for LEED certification process for a new reverse osmosis
<br />water treatment plant. CLIENT: City of Oldsmar.

<br />Tuxedo Reserve Development, Tuxedo, NY
<br />Project Manager/Landscape Architect and Urban
<br />Designer. Prepared detailed design and grading for the
<br />roads, lots, trail system, neighborhood park and greeting
<br />center. Coordinated and integrated extensive stormwater
<br />management requirements with civil engineers for the

<br />1 ,200-unit new urbanist community development, which
<br />includes a new town center, school site, sports complex,
<br />and wide range of housing types. The development
<br />combines both quality community planning with sound
<br />environmental practices, which includes preserving 80%
<br />of the 2,400 acre site as permanent open space. CLI ENT:

<br />Arlington High School Remediation, Arlington, MA*
<br />Project Manager/Landscape Architect. Replacement
<br />of athletic facilities in conjunction with brownfield
<br />remediation and engineered barrie geosynthetic
<br />containment cap. Facility includes synthetic (Field Turf)
<br />field, 6-lane track with field events, baseball and softball
<br />fields, basketball courts, practice field, bleachers for 2,000
<br />spectators, stadium lights, and a pre-school playground.
<br />Penetrations through the membrane had to be minimized
<br />to maintain the integrity of the barrier and for sequencing
<br />and scheduling, which resulted in a variety of unique
<br />engineering details to accommodate the required athletic
<br />facilities. The soils, soil depths, materials and drainage
<br />were designed to assure the long term success of both
<br />the brownfield remediation and the reconstruction ofthe
<br />facility. Construction was completed in the fall of 2005.

<br />Adelphi University, Garden City, NY*
<br />Landscape Arch itect. Expansion of the Centers for Sports
<br />and Performing Arts and redesign of approximately half of
<br />the campus vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Facility
<br />includes a synthetic (Field Turf) field on top of a parking
<br />garage, a synthetic (Field Turf) practice field, tennis courts,
<br />and a number of plazas. The design allows for efficient
<br />vehicular circulation while providing direct pedestrian
<br />movements between the heart of the campus and the new
<br />facilities. The expansive parking ares required for the
<br />large commuter based student population are organized
<br />as a planting grove utilizing the long planting islands to
<br />collect and help clean the parking lot storm water before
<br />it enters the extensive system of drywells being installed.
