Mr. Cambridge's background in sustainable design/planning
has been the cornerstone for his professional tenure with
the belief that the integration of sustainability at the
environmental, infrastructural, and economical levels of
design are prerequisite to the long-term success of any
project. Mr. Cambridge's professional exposure is broad,
leadi ng the conceptualization, production and management
of projects ranging from high-end residential design to
parks system master planning.

Project Experience

City of Doral Dog Park, City of Doral, FL
AECOM worked with the City of Doral and FPL to transform
a 5 acre, partially submerged transmission line easement
into the City's first, fully accessible Dog Park. A series of
programmatic spaces were developed on the site to allow
for a mixed range of both human and canine recreation
and interaction. This park also serves as a major trailhead
for the shared-use trails running through the site. Mr.
Cambridge acted as a project manager and lead designer for
the City of Doral Dog Park.

City of Doral Parks System Master Plan, City of Doral, FL
The City-Wide Parks and Recreation Space Master Plan
analyzes the existing parks system, which reflects the
City's suburban heritage, and creates a new vision for
the City's future. Major components of the Plan in which
Mr. Cambridge participated include an analysis and
assessment of previously developed studies and reports,
a city-wide and neighborhood demographics analysis;
existing system analysis; a needs and priorities assessment
that includes public workshops, interviews with elected

officials and key stakeholders, focus group interviews,
a mail/telephone survey and a level of service (LOS)
evaluation. The Plan also includes a parks system vision
plan; development of individual parks master plans and
neighborhood improvement plans; and a cost estimate and
implementation strategy.

City of Sunrise Needs Assessment, Sunrise, FL
Located in South Florida, Sunrise was born out of the
sprawling suburban network of Miami-Dade County only
50 years ago. Now, in an effort to continue to provide high
quality recreational opportunities for their residents,
we were asked to perform a comprehensive parks and
recreation needs assessment for the City. This report
will help to help guide the development of the Sunrise
parks system over the next 10 years. For this project, Mr.
Cambridge led the team in the development of the needs
assessment report; analysis documents; and participated
in client/public facilitation and project management

City Lenexa Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan,
Lenexa,KS
The City of Lenexa selected AECOM to develop their
first Parks and Recreation Comprehensive Plan in 2011.
Currently in progress, the plan will include an extensive
analysis of the existing system, a comprehensive needs
assessment, the development of Level of Service
standards, programming evaluation, a long range vision,
and a feasible implementation plan. Mr. Cambridge is
currently working with the Client and five sub-consultants
to successfully manage the project to its anticipated
completion in early 2012. Additionally, Mr. Cambridge is
primarily responsible for the production of many of the
AECOM deliverables for this project including the Needs
Assessment, Vision Plan, and Implementation Plan.

City of Norfolk Parks and Recreation Master Plan, Norfolk,
VA
The City of Norfolk selected AECOM (formerly Glatting
Jackson) to develop a long range City-wide Recreation,
Parks and Open Space Master Plan, including an existing
system analysis; needs assessment; long range vision;
and implementation strategy. The highlight of the project
was a three day visioning charrette, involving staff,
consultants and community stakeholders, to develop long
range visions for nine (9) elements of the system: parks,
community centers, therapeutic recreation, athletic fields,
bikeways and trails, beach and water access, public art
