<br />Ms. Gladstone serves as a Project Manager/Project
<br />Architect for AECOM specializing in state and local
<br />government, and judicial facilities. Her experience includes
<br />numerous major government projects totaling over 5
<br />million square feet. Some of the more recent projects have
<br />been nationally or regionally recognized through awards
<br />and publications. Ms. Gladstone's project duties have
<br />encompassed programming, architecture and engineering,
<br />as well as interior design/space planning/FF&E services.
<br />Her responsibilities have included management and
<br />coordination of specialty consultants including landscape,
<br />cost estimating, acoustical, audio-visual, food services,
<br />elevator, life safety, geotechnical and security.

<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park and Parking
<br />Garage, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
<br />Project Manager. Planning and design for the new
<br />parking garage which was incorporated into a new 4-acre
<br />community park. The 500+ car garage consists of 4-levels
<br />of parking and includes functional space for concessions,
<br />park support space, and public works at the first level. The
<br />park component includes a children's playground, plaza and
<br />gazebo.

<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, Sunny Isles
<br />Beach,FL
<br />Project Manager. The government center totaled
<br />approximately 58,000 square feet on four (4) floors and
<br />includes administration, police, and library and Council
<br />Chamber functions. The design floats a three-floor curving
<br />bar of administration and police functions over the ground
<br />floor public spaces of library, conference, post office and
<br />Council Chamber. A three-level parking structure slides
<br />underneath the western leg of the City Hall and integrates
<br />public-related functions at the base.

<br />Surfside Community Center, Surfside, FL
<br />Project Manager. The Town of Surfside selected AECOM to
<br />provide comprehensive planning and design services for
<br />their new 30,000 square feet multi-purpose Civic Center.
<br />This new facility replaced a 1950's era building that had
<br />become functionally obsolete. The building is registered
<br />and is expected to meet LEED NC Silver certification.

<br />Village of Key Biscayne Government Center, Key Biscayne,

<br />Project Manager. The Administration and Police Building
<br />of Key Biscayne was composed of 32,000 square feet
<br />of program that includes police related functions. The
<br />building was designed around a two-story landscaped and
<br />paved courtyard connecting the pedestrian circulation
<br />from the main Mcintyre Street building entrance with a
<br />pedestrian garage entrance to the south. The courtyard
<br />functions both as a public gathering space and as a means
<br />to provide natural light and air to the internal facing office
<br />areas.

<br />Broward County Judicial Complex, Fort Lauderdale, FL
<br />Project Manager. The a new 712,000 square feet courts
<br />building will occupy a 1.55 acre portion of the campus and
<br />will be a 20 story high-rise structure providing state of the
<br />art courtrooms and office space. The new building includes
<br />355,000 square feet of administrative office space for
<br />several government agencies including the State Attorney,
<br />Clerk of Court and Court Administration, with 74 courtrooms
<br />and hearing rooms.

<br />Cape Coral City Hall Complex and Emergency Operations
<br />Center, Cape Coral, FL
<br />Project Manager for a 91,617 square feet, 2-story civic
<br />building master planned adjacent to the existing facility.
<br />The building includes a 250-seat City Council chamber and
<br />auditorium, Mayor's office, City Clerk, City Attorney and
<br />City Manager offices, community development and other
<br />related city functions. The project also included a 9,000
<br />square feet stand-alone Emergency Operations Center is
