<br />Structural Engineer. A 55,000 square feet Interactive
<br />Children's Museum will have four primary components: a

<br />Library. The project is targeted to achieve a LEED Silver
<br />Certification.
<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park and Parking Garage,
<br />Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Structural Engineer. Planning and
<br />design for the new parking garage which was incorporated
<br />into a new 4-acre community park. The 500+ car garage
<br />consists of 4-levels of parking and includes functional
<br />space for concessions, park support space, and public
<br />works at the first level. The park component includes a
<br />children's playground, plaza and gazebo.

<br />Structural Engineer. The Administration and Police Building
<br />J of Key Biscayne was composed of 32,000 square feet
<br />of program that includes police related functions. The
<br />building was designed around a two-story landscaped and
<br />paved courtyard connecting the pedestrian circulation
<br />from the main Mcintyre Street building entrance with a
<br />pedestrian garage entrance to the south. The courtyard
<br />functions both as a public gathering space and as a means
<br />to provide natural light and air to the internal facing office
<br />areas.

<br />four-story structure has approximately 20,000 square feet
<br />of virtually column-free space per floor. An open courtyard
<br />centered on a large fou ntain will be created by the siting of
<br />the four buildings.

<br />A mixed-use complex and parking garage (1,200 cars),
<br />totaling 650,000 square feet. The project, designed to
<br />complement the original historic structure with similar
<br />Mediterranean-style buildings, includes an urban center
<br />with high quality office space, a first class European hotel,
<br />residential units, fine shops and restaurants.
