<br />Mr. Rodriguez brings to each project extensive
<br />management, construction, and design experience, and
<br />keeps an effective and timely communication with the
<br />Client, contractor, and the team. He is the Division Quality
<br />Representative (DQR) for engineering in the Miami office,
<br />participating in internal quality audits. His engineering
<br />work has focused on power and control systems, including
<br />power distribution, audio and telecommunications, security
<br />and fire protection monitoring systems, energy audits, and
<br />energy conservation design.

<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Heritage Park and Parking
<br />Garage, Sunny Isles Beach, FL
<br />Electrical Engineer. Planning and design for the new
<br />parking garage which was incorporated into a new 4-acre
<br />community park. The 500+ car garage consists of 4-levels
<br />of parking and includes functional space for concessions,
<br />park support space, and public works at the first level. The
<br />park component includes a children's playground, plaza and
<br />gazebo.

<br />City of Sunny Isles Beach Government Center, Sunny Isles
<br />Beach, FL
<br />Electrical Engineer. The government center totaled
<br />approximately 58,000 square feet on four (4) floors and
<br />includes administration, police, and library and Council
<br />Chamber functions. The design floats a three-floor curving
<br />bar of ad ministration and police functions over the ground
<br />floor public spaces of library, conference, post office and
<br />Council Chamber. A three-level parking structure slides
<br />underneath the western leg of the City Hall and integrates
<br />public-related functions at the base.

<br />Surfside Community Center, Surfside, FL
<br />Electrical Engineer. The Town of Surfside selected AECOM
<br />to provide comprehensive planning and design services for
<br />their new 30,000 square feet multi-purpose Civic Center.
<br />This new facility replaced a 1950's era building that had
<br />become functionally obsolete. The building is registered
<br />and is expected to meet LEED NC Silver certification.

<br />Miami-Dade Fire Rescue Training Facility, Doral, FL
<br />Electrical Engineer. The complex is located on a 6 acre
<br />site adjacent the existing headquarters of the Miami-Dade
<br />Fire Rescue Department and is intended to provide the
<br />Fire Rescue Department with "state of the art" facilities
<br />that will provide effective and realistic simulation tools,
<br />equipment, systems, and scenarios to support the critical
<br />training requirements of the firefighters. The training
<br />facility includes: Trade School- 58,442 square feet, 2
<br />floors; Covered Training Area - 16,500 square feet; Fire
<br />Training Tower Building - 12,934 square feet, 5 floors;
<br />Residential Burn Building - 3,570 square feet, 2 floors;
<br />Commercial/Industrial Burn Building - 6,345 square feet;
<br />Vehicle Extrication Shelter - 2,788 square feet; Props:
<br />Maritime Ship Trainer; Draft Station/Draft Pit; Fuel Spill
<br />Area/Railroad Track; Confined Space Training/Trench
<br />Training.

<br />City of Miami College of Policing, Miami, FL
<br />Electrical Engineer. The College of Policing is a unique
<br />partnership between the City of Miami Police Department
<br />and the Miami-Dade County School Board. The 112,968
<br />square feet facility will house state of the art training
<br />facilities for the police department as well as a 450 student
<br />magnet high school focused on law studies and forensic
<br />science. The police components will include a 14lane
<br />indoor firing range; defensive tactics, in-service, and recruit
<br />classrooms, a gym, EOC, and a 200 seat auditorium.

<br />Ryder Systems, Inc., Corporate Headquarters, Miami, FL
<br />Electrical Engineer. AECOM provided programming, interior
<br />architecture and engineering services for the interior design
<br />and fit-out for their new 250,000 square feet headq uarters.
<br />Prior to their final relocation of a site, Ryder asked AECOM
<br />to assist them and their real estate consultant, in the
<br />evaluation of prospective sites and build-to-suit proposals
<br />by various developers.
