Perez and Associates, Inc. was <br />responsible for the design and construction <br />administration of the SET facility at <br />MDC North Campus. <br /> <br />The 8,000 sf. remodeling! renovation of the <br />technology facility is located within the first and <br />second level ofthe School of Entertainment <br />Technology. The technology facility consist of <br />an auditorium, various specialty labs, and offices. <br />The interior design arranges spaces for 24 new <br />) editing stations and 2 new editing suites. <br /> <br /> <br />The SET's Contemporary Design <br />and proposed building materials compliments <br />the new architecture style throughout the <br />campus.
