(LMP) was <br />..::sponsible for programming, design and construction <br />administration services for the addition, remodeling and <br />renovation project at Amelia Earhart Elementary and <br />Hialeah Middle School. The scope of work included <br />addition of elevator and mechanical room, drop off area, <br />covered walkways, maintenance upgrades, electrical <br />upgrades, window replacement, painting and re-roofmg. <br /> <br /> <br />MIAMI DADE COUNTY <br />PUBLIC SCHOOLS <br /> <br />Amelia Earhart Elementary / <br />Hialeah Middle School <br />Addition, Remodeling and Renovations <br /> <br />Re-roofmg scope included 8 buildings totaling over <br />100,000 SF. Scope included replacement of existing <br />modified bitumen roof, flashing, drains, gutters, <br />expansionj oints and raising all equipment/pipes to <br />meet current code. Walkways and eyebrows were also <br />waterproofed with coating.
