Perez and Associates, Inc. (LMP) was <br />responsible for programming, design and construction <br />administration services for the remodeling and <br />renovation project. Scope of work included <br />maintenance repairs, electrical upgrades, window <br />replacement, new elevator, interior/exterior painting <br />and roof replacement. <br /> <br />Re-roofmg scope included 8 buildings totaling over <br />100,000 SF. Scope included replacement of existing <br />modified bitumen roof, flashing, drains, gutters, <br />expansion joints and raising all equipment/pipes to <br />meet current code. Walkways and eyebrows were also <br />waterproofed with coating.
