<br />ACAI has been contracted to provide consulting services to the CRA for specific projects when authorized by the CRA,

<br />criteria documents if the CRA decides to implement a project by the designlbuild approach. The continuing service

<br />ACAI has been selected by the City of Hallandale Beach for an open-ended contract to provide Transportation Planning
<br />and Engineering, Traffic Studies, Utilities, Roadways, Geotechnical Consulting and Testing services. ACAI will be
<br />issued purchase orders on a project-by-project basis under this contract.

<br />TOWN OF DAVIE VISTA VIEW PARK
<br />Davie, Florida
<br />ACAI has been contracted to provide Architectural services associated with the further development to the Town of
<br />Davie's Vista View Park. The $6.8 million, 60 acre expansion to the existing 270 acre park entails the design of a
<br />gatehouse structure, office and maintenance facilities, a large pavilion and a restroom building. Vista View Park is
<br />sited on the old Davie landfill which was closed in 1987 and underwent extensive cleanup and restoration to become a
<br />popular spot for county residents, joggers and cyclists.

<br />CITY OF FORT LAUDERDALE ARCHITECTURE CONTINUING CONTRACT

<br />This contract shall include the following services as authorized by individual task orders for individual projects: Design
<br />of architectural projects to help ease back log of work assigned to City staff; ADA analysis and design modifications for
<br />ADA compliance at City facilities; Space studies for City facilities; Building analysis regarding maintenance and repair
<br />of existing facilities; Design of Capital Improvement Programs (CIP) projects; Review of plans and specifications for
<br />conformance to City and other standards; Architectural analysis and reports and construction observation.

<br />ACAI Associates, Inc. has been selected by the City of Pompano Beach to provide architectural and structural
<br />engineering services under an ongoing open-end continuing contract for various city projects. The types of projects to
<br />be undertaken may include the following: Bridge repair, reconstruction, or replacement projects; Miscellaneous building
<br />repair or improvement projects; Roofing repair or replacement projects; Seawall repair, reconstruction, or replacement
<br />projects; Parks and recreational facilities projects and Emergency power projects.

<br />planning, and re-roofing projects throughout all of NSU's campuses. Projects include a $44M, 800,000 gsf medical
<br />campus complex in Davie, Florida; $70M, 214,000 gsf research building in Davie, Florida; $2.1 M, 53,000 gsf interior
<br />fitout in Tampa, Florida, and schematic planning for 64,800 gsf in West Palm Beach, Florida. other projects are located
<br />at the North Miami Beach, Dania, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Ft Myers and Puerto Rico campuses.
