Baldwin has over 19 years of diverse experience in the NE/C industry. As Principal of Operations for ACAI, <br />Mrs. Baldwin assumes responsibility for owner relationships to ensure that the highest level of satisfaction is achieved <br />through fair and equitable treatment of all participants while providing leadership and direction to all functional areas of <br />the organization to ensure project success. In addition to her corporate role, Cindy is responsible for the creation of the <br />Virtual Design and Construction Technology Division of ACAI and is spearheading that Divisions growth and strategic <br />planning. <br /> <br />The following is a list of selected project experience: <br /> <br />CITY OF SUNRISE PASSIVE PARKS <br />Sunrise, Florida <br />ACAI, with CTA as the Prime Consultant, will provide design and post design services to include Arhictectural, Structural, <br />Mechanical, and Electrical engineering for the permitting and delivery of a project located off of NW 44th Street for the <br />City of Sunrise. The project will include a trash dumpster enclosure, an 800 sq. ft. restroom building, a 600 If elevated <br />boardwalk, a playground shade structure, site lighting a nd a 16' x 16' pavilions (three of identical design). <br /> <br />MIAMI LAKES ARCHITECTURAL SERVICES CONTINUING CONTRACT <br />Miami Lakes, Florida <br />ACAI is providing Planning, design, permitting, bidding, management, construction administration, and inspection <br />services for the following architectural projects: Community Center at Royal Oaks Park, Police Sub Station, New <br />Gymnasium and Community Pool at Miami Lakes Park, Town Hall Facility, 2nd Floor Town Hall Alterations and Royal <br />Oaks and Miami Lakes Park Design Criteria Services. <br /> <br />ANSIN PARK COMMUNITY CENTER <br />Miramar, Florida <br />ACAI has been contracted to provide Architectural services in the further development to the City of Miramar's Ansin <br />Park. This new one story, 9.000 sq. ft. facility is the second phase to Ansin Park. Continuity to our previous designed, <br />the Baseball Pavilion, also located at this park. Its main function will be to support daily park administration serving as <br />a community center and the adjacent 5,000-seat track and field area. It also includes stadium seating screen wall. As <br />community center the areas programmed will be game, computers, lockers and a large multi-purpose room that can <br />be divided into two spaces. Special features include a second floor press area/observation room, clock tower with <br />electronic information board, and main covered porte-cochere at the entry.
