Civil, Site
Planning, Landscape Architecture are included
in the scope of the project. A new library
building and a parking structure are proposed.
CTA also worked closely in design with a local
artist for the "Art in Public Places" grant.
Intensive site modification and landscape
implementation are required for this very
visible project.
