A Site Plan was developed that <br />integrates the needs of the community, <br />the City requirements and the <br />Developer's vision. A unique feature of <br />the plan is the "pedestrian spine" that <br />connects the various uses together and <br />culminates in plazas on both Coconut <br />Creek Parkway and Lyons Road. Craven <br />Thompson and Associates, Inc. was also <br />responsible for the Hardscape as well as <br />the Landscape design.
