<br />ACAI was commissioned to provide programming, design, construction documents, specifications, bidding, contract
<br />administration and construction management services for remodeling of a 3,850 sf one story building and expansion to
<br />7,500 sf facility to house a Public Works and Fire Station Facility designed as a Category III essential facility, The project
<br />implemented LEED' design pricipals, although no certification was required.

<br />ACAI is currently providing services for renovation/repair projects, assessment reports, schematic planning, and re-
<br />roofing projects throughout all of NSU's campuses, Projects include a $44M, 800,000 gsf medical campus complex in
<br />Davie, Florida; $70M, 214,000 gsf research building in Davie, Florida; $2,1 M, 53,000 gsf interior filout in Tampa, Florida,
<br />and schematic planning for 64,800 gsf in West Palm Beach, Florida, Other projects are located at the North Miami
<br />Beach, Dania, Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Tampa, Jacksonville, Ft. Myers and Puerto Rico campuses,

<br />FlU ROOF ASSET MANAGEMENT PROGRAM
<br />Miami, Florida
<br />ACAI has been selected to provide Roofing Consultation Services for Florida International University, A major component
<br />includes a Roof Asset Management Program (RAMP). ACAI's responsibility is to provide the University a program by
<br />which they can monitor the condition of all the roofs of owned properties, ACAI provides a Roof Abstract which provides
<br />a baseline of knowledge on each building roof and establishes its conditions at the time of the visit. The RA includes a
<br />roof plan sketch, pictures of the building and provides a general overview of the deck at a glance identifying the building
<br />and naming the roofing installer, the size and type of roof in place and the status of the warranty in place, During the
<br />preparation of the RA, ACAI conducts the first semiannual inspection and prepares a roof conditions report, ACAI then
<br />conducts semiannual visits, A report identifying noted concerns is then issued along with a recommendation for roofing
<br />repair work,

<br />Following Hurricane Wilma, ACAI provided Damage Assessment of the stadium and surrounding facility through field
<br />observation and testing, After the Assessment was completed, coordination of required repairs began. ACAI was
<br />responsible for design work, as well as managing the completion of repair work, The project scope included inspections
<br />of all complex roof decks for damage and water intrusion, Testing was done on areas in question and repairs made
<br />as necessary, In addition, ACAI was responsible for the initial visual inspections, coordination of testing and design
<br />documents for applicable permits and construction. Periodic inspections were made to ensure work was implemented
<br />correctly,

<br />WESTIN DIPLOMAT RESORT & SPA IDIQ CONTRACT

<br />The Westin Diplomat Resort and Spa is a sight to behold, rising 39 stories above the Atlantic Ocean. ACAI has been
<br />contracted on an Open-Ended IDIQ Contract for AlE assignments on an as-needed basis to repair deficiencies in the
<br />project due to design flaws and harsh environmental conditions, Assignments to date have included miscellaneous
<br />programming engineering and underground utility reviews, pool deck and towel stand design, pool canopy design,
<br />twin canopy repair replacement, the expansion of the hotel's Marina Service Corridor and Sales Center expansion,
<br />Business Center storage facility, the addition of a new escalator linking the Pedestrian Bridge to the Main Plaza, Cross
<br />Bridge renovations, Beach ATV Ramp, Skylight Leakage Investigations, Kitchen Renovations and a Loading Dock
<br />Noise Reduction Enclosure, among many others,
