<br />ACAI is providing Planning, design, permitting, bidding, management, construction administration, and inspection
<br />services for the following architectural projects: Community Center at Royal Oaks Park, Police Sub Station, New
<br />Gymnasium and Community Pool at Miami Lakes Park, Town Hall Facility, 2nd Floor Town Hall Alterations and Royal
<br />Oaks and Miami Lakes Park Design Criteria Services.

<br />CITY OF MIRAMAR ANSIN PARK COMMUNITY CENTER

<br />ACAI was been contracted to provide Architectural services in the further development to the City of Miramar's Ansin
<br />Park, This new one story, 9,000 SC, ft facility is the second phase to Ansin Park, Continuity to our previous designed,
<br />the Baseball Pavilion, also located at this park, Its main function will be to support daily park administration serving as
<br />a community center and the adjacent 5,000-seat track and field area, It also includes stadium seating screen wall.
<br />As community center the areas programmed will be game, computers, lockers and a large multi,purpose room that
<br />can be divided into two spaces, Special features include a second floor press area/observation room, clock tower with
<br />electronic information board, and main covered porte-cochere at the entry, This facility was designed in a Mediterranean
<br />Architectural style to complement and follow the style standards of the City,

<br />SBBC HALLANDALE ADULT COMMUNITY CENTER
<br />Ha/landale, Florida
<br />ACAI was responsible for providing full Architecture/Engineering and Construction Administration for a new 16,000 sq
<br />ft, 12 classroom additions of general classrooms and replacement of a cooling tower.

<br />PINE TRAILS PARK ROOF INSPECTIONS
<br />Parkland, Florida
<br />ACAI was contracted to perform inspections at the community center and amphitheater located at Pine Trails Park,
<br />The city requested that ACAI perform the necessary observation inspections of the upper level windows and the
<br />roof installation to verify compliance with the approved permitted construction documents, The total roof area size is
<br />approximately 32,000 sq, ft, for both buildings The roofing material is standing seam metal roof over a 5/8" plywood
<br />substrate, The inspections were scheduled after a 24 hour notice from the contractor or city representative, After
<br />each inspection, a report was issued with our findings to the required city representative, Our involvement also
<br />included the review of submittals and interfacing with the city,
