She has gained valuable experience as
the Project Manager for a wide variety of project types, including
recreational projects, streetscapes, parks, neighborhood improvement
projects, community branding, and general landscape architectural
components. Her role as Project Manager encompasses all aspects of a
project's development, but her driving force will be to ensure that the
goals and objectives of the City meet your expectations of the City,
residents, and the overall community. Her leadership in project excellence
and in devising implementable design solutions, and seeing them through
completion, has earned CGA several distinguished, professional design
awards.

As the founding landscape architect for CGA, Tammy's professional work
is supportive of the firm's mission to develop excellent sustainable
solutions to enhance the environment and surrounding communities. Her
leadership has been exemplified in demonstrating and promoting innovative site development strategies
that foster the promotion of landscape ecology, water conservation, landscapes that promote natural
processes and habitat restoration.

Tammy's project management experience has included a wide variety of projects. Among those, she has
gained experience that is directly relevant to the City's needs to design a recreational corridor that helps to
continue the branding of the City, successfully navigate the permit process with state and local agencies,
and maintain and create environments that are high in quality and appeal, while easy to maintain and
sustain.

Team Composition
Tammy has assembled a team of dedicated professionals to meet the anticipated objectives of this project
head-on. Their past performance and dedication, as well as their proven experiences in integrating as staff
members with Municipal clients, have fostered repeated successes in the services we have been able to
deliver. Additionally, our diversified, inter-disciplinary experience and exposure to different professional
perspectives has greatly enhanced our team's ability to provide the City with innovative ideas, quality
solutions and technical strength in our roles as Landscape Architectural and professional services
providers. The collaborative experiences the team has performed on previous projects have benefited us
with valuable lessons learned, which are of relevance to the implied scope of work for this RFQ. These
include:

. The qualification of proposed improvements for implementation and the proposal of design
solutions that facilitate meeting the design challenges of the specific conditions and negotiating
these with the realities of permitting and engineering;
. The proposal of design solutions that are sensitive to the localized economic and social needs of
particular areas and the creation of opportunities for expressions that encourage diverse, inclusive
sustainable environments - while responding to the increased needs of branding and quality
expected by a demanding community; and
. The exploration of and successful acquisition of permits at state and local levels, with a particular
focus on environmental issues.

RFQ 12-04-04 Sunny Isles Beach Intracoastal Parks

3- 1
