His experience has <br />encompassed a wide array of project-types, and his strengths lie in park design, <br />streetscapes and urban interventions, and form-based urban designs and planning <br />strategies. <br /> <br />RECENT PROJECTS <br />Beachwalk Master Plan, Surfside, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer <br />CLIENT: Town of Surfside <br />Master plan of a one-mile linear park that connects all street-end plaza components with <br />access to the beach, including dune and turtle habitat restoration, branding sculptures, <br />salt-tolerant character plantings, and specialty paving design. <br /> <br />92nd Street Park, Bay Harbor Islands, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer <br />CLIENT: Town of Bay Harbor Islands <br />Site design and landscape design of a 2-acre urban community passive park with a dog <br />run area, flexible open space, branded planting design, urban plaza and furnishings. <br /> <br />Peace Mound Park, Weston, FL <br />Lead Designer <br />CLIENT: City of Weston <br />Developed a design for a waterfront passive park that celebrates the existence of an <br />archeological Tequesta Indian burial mound. The design sought to reflect the presence <br />of the burial mound with elements abstracted from the Tequesta way of life and belief. <br /> <br />Doral Boulevard Beautification Master Plan, Doral, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer, Workshop Facilitator <br />CLIENT: City of Doral <br />Streetscape and urban design for a 4-mile stretch of Doral Boulevard, creating planning <br />zones, access management design recommendations, signage and gateway features, <br />stipulating architectural relationships to improved sidewalk design and parking design <br />recommendations. <br /> <br />Miami Gardens Town Center, Miami Gardens, FL <br />Project Manager, Lead Designer, Workshop Facilitator <br />CLIENT: City of Miami Gardens <br />Developed and TOO and Town Center design for over 100 acres of derelict and <br />underutilized urban contiguous areas in preparation for the mass-transit MetroRail <br />expansion and its new station scheduled at the site.
