Her project experience also includes <br />FDOT -specific projects and municipal streetscape enhancements, tree-restoration <br />projects, planting design and hardscape design. She also has conducted academic <br />research in the implementation of conservation and sustainable design principles. <br /> <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />Memorial Regional Hospital 35th Avenue Streetscape, Hollywood, FL. Developed a <br />streetscape design and wayfinding for a re-dedicated roadway segment to the hospital <br />campus as part of its continual expansion. This project comprises the first of several <br />projects aimed for LEED certification within the campus. <br /> <br />North Shore Neighborhood Improvements, Miami Beach, FL. Implemented the City's <br />BODR and designed the planned improvements that included character landscaping, <br />streetscapes, parking, lighting, ADA access and waterline replacement for over 8 miles of <br />urban, neighborhood corridors. <br /> <br />Collins Avenue Conceptual Streetscape Design, Sunny Isles Beach, FL. Conceptual <br />design of a signature paving pattern as a branding element originating from City hall to <br />the abutting commercial property. The project also included new identification signage <br />and proposed planting schemes. <br /> <br />Shops at Pembroke Gardens, Pembroke Pines, FL. Site, landscape and engineering <br />design for the creation of a lifestyle center that focused on increased pedestrian <br />experiences through ample sidewalks, furnishings, plazas and water features. <br /> <br />City Monument Signs, West Park, FL. Wayfinding and environmental graphics design <br />for identification monument and pole signs identifying the city.
