Mr. Perez <br />has been working in the surveying and mapping field for the past eight years. He started <br />as an intern working as a rodman, instrument man, and assistant party chief. During his <br />time as an intern, Mr. Perez learned the everyday workflows for all types of surveys <br />from various senior party chiefs which is an essential part of managing projects from an <br />office perspective. Mr. Perez also gained hands on experience using all sorts of surveying <br />technologies such as total stations, digital levels, TDS software, and Global Positioning <br />Systems (GPS) to name a few. <br /> <br />Currently, Mr. Perez is a Project Surveyor at Calvin, Giordano & Associates and is in <br />charge of the 3D Laser Scanning operations. Some of his everyday responsibilities <br />include estimating bids for contracts, researching land records, checking field notes, <br />processing field data of various formats, performing control calculations, creating legal <br />descriptions, field crew supervision, CAD supervision, and the occasional field work. Mr. <br />Perez is very familiar with Leica's Cyclone 5.8 software and has attended various classes <br />including a few at the Leica Headquarters in San Ramon, California. Mr. Perez has over <br />one year of Laser Scanning experience and has managed over 15 laser scanning jobs of <br />various complexities. <br /> <br />PROJECT EXPERIENCE <br />FPL Cutler Bay Route Survey. Project Surveyor for a design survey on five miles of FPL <br />power lines using Laser Scanning and other methods. <br /> <br />Jade Beach Condominiums.
